We are based in Southwest Fort Wayne, Indiana, and provide

pet sitting to the local southwest area. We also provide boarding in our home for dogs upon availability. This is a home, and not a kennel. Dogs are free to roam around, and sit on the furniture.

Woof Pack Fort Wayne was founded by Stephanie in August 2019 and has proudly served Fort Wayne pet families ever since.

Yes! I carry pet sitter liability insurance through Petcare Insurance. I am a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and American Wellness Academy. where I receive ongoing education.

Yes, I am also a Certified Pet Sitter.

I totally understand that plans can change — life happens! My goal is always to be flexible while also protecting the time I’ve reserved just for you and your pets.

For regular visits:

• Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the visit fee.

• Same-day cancellations are charged in full since that time was held just for you.

For holidays & busy times:

• Holiday spots are limited and book quickly. Because of this, holiday visits are non-refundable within 3 days of the scheduled service.

If you come home early:

• Just let me know as soon as possible! Visits canceled with short notice may be subject to a partial charge.

Emergencies:

• I completely understand true emergencies and will always handle those with care and compassion.

Regular weekly visits - due Friday each week or the last day I am at your home.

Occasional visits - due the first day I begin caring for your pet

Vacation/Trip - due the first day that I begin caring for your pet

Yes, a meet & greet is required before boarding at my home or visits to your home. We need to make sure that we are a good fit.

Paperwork needs to be filled out, and important details need to be covered.

Same day drop off is not available. Reservations need to be made.

I service the Southwest Fort Wayne, Roanoke, and Aboite areas.

Pet Boarding Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all clients.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled drop-off time will not incur any charges.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking total.

No-Shows:

• If a client does not arrive for their scheduled booking and has not provided notice, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Early Pick-Ups:

• If a pet is picked up earlier than scheduled, the original booking amount will still apply. This allows us to hold your reserved space and maintain availability for all clients.

Peak Periods (Holidays & High-Demand Dates):

• During busy times, we require at least 5–7 days’ notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations within this window may be charged up to 100% of the booking total.

Emergencies:

• We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for situations such as illness, severe weather, or travel disruptions.
